Duties ,Key Responsibilities & Job Role : Maintain and update daily accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) Prepare and reconcile bank statements Handle accounts payable/receivable entries and ledger maintenance Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Support monthly and annual financial closing Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits Ensure timely billing and follow-up on receivables Maintain petty cash and handle cash transactions responsibly Communicate with vendors regarding payment-related queries Generate accounting reports and assist the Accounts Manager as needed Manage online banking activities , Administrative Support: Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records. Communication Coordination: Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective information flow. Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating with multiple teams. Data Handling: Maintain and update databases, prepare reports, and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Client Interaction: Engage with clients professionally to address queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Team Assistance: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and support their needs as required. Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Training and Handover: Guide new employees during the transition period and ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities. 1 Processing company payroll 2 Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements 3 Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems 4 able to handle notices & inspections 6 . PF and ESIC working and queries QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. computer literate with capability in email, MS Office,Tally and related business and communication tools. Understanding of HR functions and best practices. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. Familiarity with back office software, including the Microsoft Office Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks.
